Stardate 64121.8 - Rockefeller Plaza

From our point-and-shoot camera, Cheryl took these photos back in December when she and Loren went to Rockefeller Plaza to look at the Christmas Tree. They ended up also going to the Top of The Rock while they were there.

Stardate 64118.7 - Visiting

Here are some Kate pictures. The first one is from a birthday party for one of Loren's classmates in White Plains.


That weekend we also went to visit some friends who now live in Battery Park City. Their son has a red car that Kate really liked.


Kate also ate her first sushi roll for lunch.


They have a really cool view from their windows.

Stardate 64118.56 - Kate's First Birthday

We spent Kate's one-year birthday out at the beach house. It was sunny and a bit cool. We played at the local playground:





Loren showed off her skills at the community center's rope tower.



We strolled over to the beach. There is just something neat about being on the beach in the winter.


There was still snow by the water, and a couple of Loren's friends were there to play on the show with her.



Later, Cheryl's parents, aunt, and grandmother all came over for the present opening and dinner. Here Loren and Kate play with one of Kate's new toys.


And of course, there was cake!!

Here are some of the first pictures we took in 2010 at the beach house. Here Loren and Kate play with their new (used) kitchen set.


Here we are diligently working on completing a puzzle.


Here are the stockings for the kids, before we started taking down the decorations.



And here we are back in the city, with Loren and Kate writing on the whiteboard. I think they were playing school.
