Holy crap! Didn't see that one coming. Congratulations yet again.So you've gone from almost a week of no posts to posting numerous life changing milestone events in one weekend. Impressive.But this begs the question, shouldn't you have found a place with 3 bedrooms then?

James - To give you an idea on price, a fully-renovated 3-bedroom in our building went on the market last year for $2.3M. So no, we won't be buying a 3-bedroom anytime soon. Unless you want to spot me a couple of million?

Congrats!!! I have babies on the brain right now. I am up at 5 am doing e-mail and catching up on blogs after a week...can you guess why ???
