I grew up in the country in Virginia, but now live in the city. BS, MS in Computer Science. Words people have used to describe me include "focused", "loyal", "hard working", "anal retentive", "disciplined", "Lawful Good", and of course "nerd".
Why is the blog called "Captain's Log" and why does the URL contain USS Excalibur? Well, it all started in college as a simple question amoung a group of Star Trek fans, "What would our roles be on a starship?" and has now evolved into a huge waste of my time.
