Cingular called me today (Jamie) at 1151 to tell me that I need to go to the Cingular store to get my third, yes my third, SIMM card and to get the store to personally call to activate it. I am supposed to tell the store expressly not to go through Customer Care but to instead call the Port and Activation Number directly.
She was apologetic and insists that they have never had this much trouble with anyone before. Tell that to Ryan.
Sooooooo...tomorrow I'll go to the store and I'll take the new phone and all the packaging material and if it doesn't get fixed tomorrow then I'm turning it all back in and canceling my account.
