I make $1 pre-tax. There is a base price for each item and then you set the profit margin. Most of the t-shirts start pretty high (the fixed cost of printing is built in because it's not a volume business), so to get it under 10 you have to use the "Value t-shirt".

Is it the sombrero? Star Trek is pretty draconian about use of its images and such so I thought it was a good substitute.

How much do you make on each shirt that is purchased?
I'll have to work up a "Crewmember, USS Excalibur" image to use.
